Travel Expenses

If you agree to travel for your surrogacy, the intended parents purchase your airfare and hotel accommodations for you and a companion, to the screening appointment and embryo transfer. You also get reimbursed for a rental car or Uber/Lyft and up to $75 meal allowance per day (including travel days) and parking at your local airport.

Medical Insurance

If you don’t have medical insurance or your medical insurance policy doesn’t cover surrogacy, the intended parents will purchase a policy on your behalf for the duration of the pregnancy. The intended parents also purchase a life insurance policy on your behalf.

The money is yours to keep and use as you see fit for you and your family. You are not required, nor expected to use any of these funds to pay for medical bills, or any other expenses related to the surrogacy process. Surrogacy associated medical bills, co-pays, attorney/legal fees and all other pregnancy costs, are paid for by the intended parents.
